At Fotofriends we have the answers. After your camera is booked in for repair (and your $40 service deposit has been paid) our technician will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the cost and viability of repairing your damaged camera against the cost of replacing it with a new unit.
Your $40 service deposit payable at the time you leave the camera with us is deducted off the cost of repair or the cost of a new camera but cannot be redeemed in cash.
